Frequent Weekly Support

Weekly support to tend to a quickly growing business
$150 per week, $600 for a month
four week minimum commitment

    Short standing weekly meetings keep all the projects moving. Expect to invest 1-2 hours of your time a week to see best results.

  • Regular Monthly Support

    One creative project every month:
    Select one project for the month, plan project theme & deliverables in advance. Create content with intention to carry you through the month.

    Remote admin support:
    Photo and video editing for 15-30 pieces of brand media combined with words & imagery prepped for website, email, social media

    Strategic collaborative meeting:
    Move forward with a plan for the project. Brainstorm projects & themes. Expect to invest 2-3 hours of your time a month to see best results.

  • Occasional On Demand Support

    Need support for a larger project?
    Bring into reality a big project, production or next evolution. We can we can design, build, produce a website, publication or event like a retreat or wedding.

FAQs

  • We recommend scheduling a free consultation call to make sure we’re aligned and what support would best suit you at this time. Once you decide to move forward with a package, follow the link to pay the $100 deposit. You’ll then receive a custom contract for your upcoming support services and a link to schedule our first collaborative meeting.

  • We send digital invoices to the email provided. Invoices for the work completed will be sent on Monday for the previous weeks support and 30 days from the start of your monthly package. Initial $100 deposit will be credited to your first invoice.

  • Yes! Switch from weekly to monthly depending on your needs and availability. As long as you maintain a package your current rate is locked in.

  • Yes, we likely can help with bigger projects like website development or large productions. Please inquire directly with us by emailing us details about your project to be@ourspacewithin.com

    Priority is given to package holders for other a la carte support and design services.

  • We try to keep packages open and flexible to suit the quickly changing needs.

    Projects that can easily be covered in a package: seasonal photoshoots, event production, installations like window displays, brand assets like merch, email template, website feature.

    Media that is included in a package: high resolution photos formatted for the intended platform (either from an iPhone Pro or DSLR camera) and simple video clips - that are most often generated during or as a result of the project.

    Please note the media and projects are intended to be reasonable and accessible within the duration of the support package. We reserve the right to state a project (like a long form video, substantial event or large publication) exceeds whats included in a package and provide a separate quote for the scope of work
